Program Fees - Project Save Lives, Inc

Program fees are paid here. Listed below you will find 5 payment options. There are two program plans offered at Project Save Lives. If a man is providing his own transportation, he would be enrolled in the Basic Program. If a man needs to have transportation provided for him, he would be enrolled in the Basic-Plus Program. There is an initial set-up fee of $150 to enroll a man in either program.

Option 1 includes the Basic Program monthly fee plus the set-up fee.

Option 2 includes the Basic-Plus Program monthly fee plus the set-up fee.

Option 3 is the Basic Program monthly fee.

Option 4 is the Basic-Plus Program monthly fee.

Option 5 allows you to customize any payment amount you choose.
